LOS ANGELES, CA – Silicon Legal Strategy announced today that Robert Moore has joined the firm as an associate in its Los Angeles office. Robert advises high-growth startups and venture capital investors, offering strategic support on entity formation, venture financings, mergers & acquisitions, and overall corporate governance.
Before joining Silicon Legal, Robert was part of the Technology Companies Group at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP in Santa Monica, where he advised emerging companies and investors on a wide array of complex transactions. A native of Silicon Valley, he brings both personal passion and professional depth to supporting technology founders at every stage of growth.
Robert earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law and graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. He is admitted to practice law in California.
