SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Silicon Legal Strategy today announced that managing associate Kevin Morrissey has joined the firm in its San Francisco office.
Kevin represents emerging growth and development stage technology companies, as well as venture capital funds and angel investors on a wide range of corporate and financing matters. Kevin has exceptional experience guiding companies through various stages in their corporate life cycle and assisting venture capital investors as they place investments and manage their portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Silicon Legal, Kevin was an associate at Perkins Coie LLP, where he advised emerging companies and investors, as well as in-house counsel at SRI International, where he advised on a broad range of contractual and regulatory compliance matters. Kevin received his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and his B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park.
