Silicon Legal Welcomes Former Perkins Coie Associate Navneet Mattu

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Silicon Legal today announced that Navneet Mattu has joined the firm as an associate in its San Francisco office. Navneet represents emerging companies in corporate formations, early and late stage venture financings, mergers & acquisitions, and general corporate governance. She also advises venture capital investors on their investments in technology companies.

Prior to joining Silicon Legal, Navneet was an associate at Perkins Coie LLP, where she spent nearly four years advising private companies and venture capital investors on a range of corporate transactions. She also gained experience as a legal intern at Twitter, further honing her expertise in advising high-growth technology companies.

Navneet i earned her J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, and holds a B.A. in Political Science from UC Davis.
