SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Silicon Legal Strategy today announced that associate Jon Loebl has joined the firm in its San Francisco office.
Jon represents technology companies at every stage of the corporate life cycle, including entity formation, general business and corporate governance matters, debt and equity financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Jon also advises venture capital investors on their investments into technology companies of every stage and level of sophistication.
