SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Silicon Legal Strategy today announced that Parker Reed and Run Bo Lu have joined the firm in its LA and San Francisco offices.
Parker is a managing associate at Silicon Legal Strategy. Parker represents technology and other emerging companies at every stage of the corporate lifecycle, including formation, general business and corporate governance matters, debt and venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Parker advises clients on day-to day issues like employment matters and drafting and negotiating commercial and other technology transaction agreements. Parker also advises venture capital investors on their investments into technology companies of every stage and level of sophistication.
Prior to joining SLS, Parker was an associate at Goodwin Procter LLP, where he advised startups, late-stage private companies, and venture capital investors. Parker received his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, and his B.A. from Texas A&M University.
Run Bo (Bo) Lu is an associate at Silicon Legal Strategy. He advises venture-backed companies on a broad range of legal and business issues relating to their governance, day-to-day affairs and corporate transactions, including financings, M&A, strategic partnerships and technology transactions.
Prior to joining SLS, Bo served as an associate at Paul Hastings LLP, Odell Girton Siegel LLC and Perkins Coie LLP. He received a B.A. from the University of British Columbia and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
