Silicon Legal Strategy represented Anise Health as they raised a $3 million seed round.

Anise Health is a digital mental health startup focused on serving Asian Americans.

The round was led by Kicker Ventures, with participation from Authentic Heart, Change Paradox Ventures, Progression Fund, How Women Invest, Celtic House Asia Partners, Nextblue, Gold House Ventures, several angel investors, and a grant from the National Institute of Mental Health.

Silicon Legal’s Anise Health client team includes Natasha Hsieh, Nicole Tate-Naghi, and Derrick Metriyakool.
