Silicon Legal represented AnyRoad as they raised a $10MM Series A-1 Round.

AnyRoad is the leading Experience Relationship Management (ERM) platform enabling global brands to properly measure, scale, and implement their experiential marketing campaigns. The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Runa Capital and included participation from previous investors Rally Ventures, Precursor Ventures and Day One Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Guy Ladetzky, Andre Gharakhanian, Rebecca Tseng Grant, Noah Driggs and Cassie Grant.
