Silicon Legal represented Baukunst as they joined Cherub’s $4.5 million Pre-Seed Round.

Cherub is a network connecting founders, investors, and creators, helping startups build their cap tables while giving investors and creators access to early-stage investing and advisory opportunities.

In addition to Baukunst, the round included investments from Slauson & Co and Ghost Angels.
