Silicon Legal represented Brand Foundry Ventures as they joined Yumi’s $8 million financing round.

Yumi is a company that offers science-based early childhood meals and delivers direct to consumers. The financing was led by Warby Parker, Allbirds, Harry’s, Casper, Sweetgreen, Soul Cycle, Uber and the CEO of Blue Bottle Coffee.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Natasha Hsieh, Meghan Fitzpatrick, and Travis Robertson.
