Silicon Legal represented Builder as they raised a $3.25 million seed round.

Builder is a no-code platform that enables eCommerce companies to drag, drop, and create online marketing content with ease. The round was led by Greylock Partners, and included additional investment from Warby Parker’s cofounders Dave Gilboa and Neil Blumenthal, Allbirds’ cofounder Joey Zwillinger, Harry’s cofounder Jeff Raider, and PopSugar’s cofounder Brian Sugar.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Andre Gharakhanian, Mike Perez, and Sarah Lederman.
