Silicon Legal represented Caffeinated Capital as they co-led Antares’ $30 million Series A round.

Antares is a nuclear energy startup pioneering small, portable nuclear microreactors designed to meet critical infrastructure power needs in remote locations, including military bases and space applications.

The round was co-led by Caffeinated Capital and Alt Capital, with participation from other strategic investors.

Silicon Legal’s Caffeinated Capital client team includes Natasha Hsieh, Coleman Cannon, Nicole Tate-Naghi, Charlie Clark, and Carson Jackson.
