Silicon Legal represented Caffeinated Capital as they joined Airtable’s $185 million Series D round, placing the company’s post-money valuation at $2.585 billion.
Airtable provides a no-code platform that enables users to build and customize code without programming experience. The financing was led by Thrive Capital, and included participation from, in addition to Caffeinated Capital, Benchmark, Coatue, CRV, and D1 Capital.
The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Natasha Hsieh, and Bryce Wilson.
