Silicon Legal represented Caffeinated Capital as they joined Biosphere’s $8.8 million Seed round.

Biosphere is pioneering UV light sterilization for biomanufacturing processes.

The round was led by Lowercarbon Capital and VXI Capital and included investments from, in addition to Caffeinated Capital, B37 Ventures, Founders Fund, and GS Futures.

Silicon Legal’s Caffeinated Capital client team includes Natasha Hsieh, Coleman Cannon, Carson Jackson, and Charlie Clark.
