Silicon Legal represented Caffeinated Capital, as they joined Clipboard Health’s previously unannounced $50 million Series B round.

Clipboard Health is a healthcare talent marketplace helping nurses and nursing aids fill open shifts, anytime, anywhere, while getting paid instantly.

The Series B round was led by IVP, and the most recent $30 million Series C round was led by Sequoia Capital. In addition to Caffeinated Capital, other participating investors included Y Combinator, Initialized Capital and SciFi VC.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Natasha Hsieh, Nicole Tate-Naghi, Charlie Clark and Chris Rosene.
