Silicon Legal represented Caffeinated Capital as they joined Peach Finance’s $20MM Series A round.

Peach is an all-in-one SaaS platform designed to help streamline operations, increase borrower satisfaction and manage regulatory risk.

The round was led by Canapi Ventures, and included investments from, in addition to Caffeinated Capital, SciFi VC, Nyca Partners and Moore Specialty Credit.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Natasha Hsieh, Nicole Tate-Naghi and Charlie Clark.
