Silicon Legal represented Caffeinated Capital as they joined Saronic Technologies’ $175 million Series B round.

Saronic is a defense technology leader that designs and manufactures autonomous surface vessels (ASVs), redefining maritime superiority for the U.S. Navy and its allies.

The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz and included investments from, in addition to Caffeinated Capital, 8VC, Elad Gil, and NightDragon.

Silicon Legal’s Caffeinated Capital client team includes Natasha Hsieh, Coleman Cannon, Nicole Tate-Naghi, Charlie Clark, and Carson Jackson.
