Silicon Legal represented Caffeinated Capital, as they led Eraser’s $4 million seed round.

Eraser is a collaborative canvas tool for whiteboarding and note taking.

In addition to Caffeinated Capital, the round included investments from Upside Partnership and Fuel Capital.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Natasha Hsieh, Nicole Tate-Naghi, Charlie Clark and Chris Rosene.
