Silicon Legal represented Carbide Ventures as they joined Cledara’s $20MM Series A round.

Cledara is an all-in-one SaaS management platform helping companies bring visibility and control of their SaaS so they can focus on serving their customers.

The round was led by CommerzVentures and included investments from, in addition to Carbide Ventures, Nauta Capital, Massive and Notion Capital.

The Silicon Legal client team included Sarah Boulden and Coleman Cannon.
