Silicon Legal represented Catapult Ventures as they joined Urban Sky’s $30 million Series B round.

Urban Sky is a stratospheric platform company developing advanced high-altitude balloon technology to unlock new commercial and defense applications.

The round was led by Altos Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Catapult Ventures, New Legacy Ventures, Lerer Hippeau, Lavrock Ventures, New Stack Ventures, TenOneTen, DA Ventures (a Denver Angels Affiliate), Union Labs VC, and Techstars.

Silicon Legal’s Catapult Ventures client team includes Ian Peck, Andre Gharakhanian, and Tina Lee.
