Silicon Legal represented Cowboy Ventures as they joined Drata’s $100 million Series B round.

Drata helps hundreds of companies streamline their SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA compliance through continuous, automated control monitoring and evidence collection, resulting in lower costs and time spent preparing for annual audits.

The round was led by Iconiq Growth, and included investments from, in addition to Cowboy Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, Alkeon Capital, GGV Capital, and Leaders Fund.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Ryan Southerland and Michael Young.
