Silicon Legal represented Cowboy Ventures as they joined Drata’s $25MM Series A round.

Drata helps companies streamline their SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance through continuous, automated control monitoring and evidence collection, resulting in lower costs and time spent preparing for annual audits.

The round was led by GGV Capital, with participation from, in addition to Cowboy Ventures, Silicon Valley CISO Investors, Okta Ventures, Leaders Fund, and SV Angel.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Ryan Southerland, Michael Young, and Noah Driggs.
