Silicon Legal represented Cowboy Ventures as they joined Eisen’s $18.5 million financing, including a $10 million Series A round and a $8.5 million seed round.

Eisen is an AI-enabled compliance operations infrastructure company for financial services.

The funding included a $10 million Series A led by MissionOG and a previously unannounced $8.5 million seed round led by Index Ventures, with participation from, in addition to Cowboy Ventures, First Round Capital, Homebrew, and Restive Ventures.

Silicon Legal’s Cowboy Ventures client team includes Coleman Cannon, Ryan Southerland, and Madelyn Tarr.
