Silicon Legal represented Cowboy Ventures as they joined Passbase’s $10 million Series A round.
Passbase in an identity verification provider that gives developers the tools they need to verify new users faster, cheaper and with bank-level confidence.
The round was led by Costanoa Ventures, and included investments from, in addition to Cowboy Ventures, Lakestar, Eniac Ventures and Seedcamp.
The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Ryan Southerland and Michael Young.
