Silicon Legal represented Cowboy Ventures as they led Drata’s $3.2 million seed round.

Drata is a San Diego-based startup helping businesses get their SOC 2 compliance. In addition to Cowboy Ventures, the round included investment from Leaders Fund, SV Angel, and a group of angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Ryan Southerland, Michael Young, and Noah Driggs.
