Silicon Legal represented Cowboy Ventures, as they led Passbase’s $3.6 million Series Seed financing.

Passbase is an identity platform that allows people to securely & privately share their login credentials with companies and institutions. In addition to Cowboy Ventures, the round included investments from Eniac Ventures, Seedcamp and other European investors.
