Silicon Legal represented Creative Ventures as they joined FORT Robotics’ $13 million round.

FORT Robotics is a Philadelphia-based pure-play technology company creating safety and security solutions for autonomous machines. The round was led by Prime Movers Lab and included investment from, in addition to Creative Ventures, Prologis Ventures, Lemnos Labs, Ahoy Capital, Compound, FundersClub, and Mark Cuban.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Rebecca Tseng Grant, and Bryce Wilson.
