Silicon Legal represented Felicis as they joined Good Dog’s $6.7 million series financing.

Good Dog is a marketplace that pre-vets breeders, shelters, and rescues and centralizes the dog-search process. The financing included investments from, in addition to Felicis, BoxGroup, Slow Ventures and others.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Heidi Walas, Natasha Hsieh, Sarah Boulden and Mike Perez.
