Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Alloy’s $40 million Series B round.

Alloy is an east coast-based identity operating system for banks and fintech companies. The financing was led by Canapi Ventures, and included investment from, in addition to Felicis, Avid Ventures, Bessemer Ventures, Primary Venture Partners, and Eniac Ventures.
