Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Coalition’s $90 million Series C financing.

Coalition is a cybersecurity and insurance software for businesses. The financing was led by Valor Equity Partners and included investment from, in addition to Felicis Ventures, Greyhound Capital and other existing investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Heidi Walas, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Mike Perez, and Noah Driggs.
