Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined DoNotPay’s $12 million Series A financing.

The DoNotPay app is home to the world’s first “robot lawyer.” The financing was led by Coatue Management and included investment from, in addition to Felicis Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, Founders Fund, and Day One Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Heidi Walas, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Mike Perez, and Noah Driggs.
