Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Drivetime’s $4 million Series A financing.

Drivetime is developing the next generation of interactive entertainment targeted towards car drivers. In addition to Felicis Ventures, other investors included Fuel Capital, Steadfast Venture Capital, Webb Investment Network, Sinai VC, Canaan Partners, Access Ventures, Founders Fund, Index Ventures and The Chernin Group.

The Silicon Legal client team for Felicis Ventures included Gaurav Mathur, Heidi Walas, Natasha Hsieh, Sarah Boulden, Mike Perez and Britney Warner.
