Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined HyperScience’s $30MM Series B financing.

HyperScience is a machine learning company that turns human readable data into machine readable data. The financing was led by Stripes Group with participation from existing investors FirstMark Capital and Felicis Ventures, as well as new investors Battery Ventures, Global Founders Capital, TD Ameritrade and QBE.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Heidi Walas, Natasha Hsieh, Sara Boulden, Mike Perez & Britney Warner.
