Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Hyperscience’s $60 million Series C financing.

Hyperscience develops an enterprise automation platform that helps businesses build and roll out new processes. The financing was led by Bessemer Venture Partners and included investment from, in addition to Felicis Ventures, Stripes, FirstMark Capital, Battery Ventures, 3KVC, Gaingels, and Penna & Company.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Heidi Walas, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Mike Perez, and Noah Driggs.
