Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Okera’s $15 million financing.

Okera offers a SaaS platform that manages data access and governance at scale. The financing was led by ClearSky Security and included investment from, in addition to Felicis Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Heidi Walas, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Mike Perez, and Noah Driggs.
