Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Popmenu’s $17 million Series B round.

Popmenu, an Atlanta-based startup, provides restaurants an all-in-one marketing tool for attracting and engaging guests. The financing was led by Bedrock Capital, and included investment from, in addition to Felicis Ventures, Base10 Ventures and Mantis VC, the newly launched investment firm of the band The Chainsmokers.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Heidi Walas, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Mike Perez, and Noah Driggs.
