Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Troops’ $12 million series B financing.

Troops is a customer relationship management slackbot for sales teams. The financing was led by Aspect Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Felicis Ventures, Slack Fund, First Round Capital, Susa Ventures, Chicago Ventures, Hone Capital, and InVision founder Clark Valberg.

The Silicon Legal client team included Heidi Walas, Gaurav Mathur, Natasha Hsieh, Sarah Boulden, Mike Perez and Noah Driggs.
