Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they led Nayya’s $10 million Series A round.

Nayya is a NYC-based software startup that personalizes the way employees choose and use their insurance benefits. In addition to Felicis Ventures, the financing included investment from Social Leverage, Guardian Life, Cameron Ventures, and Unum Business Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Heidi Walas, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Mike Perez, and Noah Driggs.
