Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they led Origin’s $12 million financing.

Origin, a financial planning software developer, is partnering with employers to create a user friendly experience for employees to master their finances. In addition to Felicis, the round included investment from General Catalyst, Founders Fund, and early Stripe employee Lachy Groom.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Heidi Walas, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Mike Perez, and Noah Driggs.
