Silicon Legal represented Felicis as they led Osmosis’ $4 million financing round.

Osmosis is a company that provides supplemental educational videos to future medical professionals. In addition to Felicis, the round included investments from Greycroft, Coverys, FundRx, Figure 8, Social Starts, and LearnStart.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Heidi Walas, Natasha Hsieh, Sarah Boulden and Mike Perez.
