Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they led Stream’s $38MM Series B round.

Stream is a Boulder, CO based API platform that enables developers to build chat and activity streams into apps and other services by way of a few lines of code. In addition to Felicis Ventures, the financing included investment from Dick Costolo and Adam Bain of 01 Advisors and GGV Capital.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Noah Driggs, and Bryce Wilson.
