Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they led Yotascale’s $13 million Series B round, bringing total company raise to $25 million.

Yotascale, a cloud management software provider, is bridging the gap between CloudOps, engineering and finance teams at predictable costs. In addition to Felicis Ventures, the round included investment from Engineering Capital, Pelion Ventures and Crosslink Capital.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Heidi Walas, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Mike Perez, and Noah Driggs.
