Silicon Legal represented Fifth Wall as they joined Placer.ai’s $50MM Series B Round.

Placer.ai collects geolocation and proximity data from devices that are enabled to share that information by their users, and creates anonymized and aggregated consumer profiles.

The round was led by Josh Buckley, CEO of Product Hunt. In addition to Fifth Wall, the financing included investment from Rahul Vohra and returning investors JBV Capital and Aleph VC.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Ryan Southerland, Ian Peck, Nicole Tate-Naghi and Travis Robertson.
