Silicon Legal represented Fifth Wall Ventures as they joined Loft’s $175 million Series C financing.

Loft is a developer of a real-estate platform intended to buy, sell, and rent residential and commercial properties in Brazil. The financing was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and Vulcan Capital and included investments from, in addition to Fifth Wall Ventures, QED Investors, Thrive Capital, Valor Capital and Monashees.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Ryan Southerland, Nicole Tate-Naghi, Ian Peck, Natasha Arora, and Travis Robertson.
