Silicon Legal represented Fifth Wall Ventures as they led Shipwell’s $10 million Series A financing.

Shipwell is a marketplace for domestic ground shipping and fleet and cargo management services for freight trucking companies. New investor Global Founders Capital also participated in the round, as well as existing investors First Round Capital, Base 10 Ventures, Capital Theory and Village Global.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mather, Peter Volz, Ryan Southerland, Natasha Arora and Travis Robertson.
