Silicon Legal represented Finexio as they raised a $10MM over-subscribed funding round.

Finexio is the smart B2B payment network that works to eliminate paper checks and add efficiency to supplier payments processes.

The round included participation from Mendon Venture Partners and Patriot Financial Partners.

The Silicon Legal client team included Guy Ladetzky, Ian Peck, Bryce Wilson, Chris Rosene and Sarah Lederman.
