Silicon Legal represented Finexio as they raised a $14MM initial close of a Series B round.

Finexio’s Accounts Payable “Payments as a Service” solution simplifies AP payments for medium and large corporates by digitizing manual paper checks.

The round was co-led by Mendon Venture Partners and National Bank Holdings Corporation, and included participation from Discover Financial Services, Post Road Partners, The Banc Funds, EOM Investments and various other investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Guy Ladetzky, Ian Peck, Bryce Wilson, Chris Rosene and Sarah Lederman.
