Silicon Legal represented Finexio as they raised a $23 million capital round.

Finexio simplifies accounts payable for medium and large businesses by digitizing manual paper checks. The round was led by Medalist Partners, and included participation from Florida Funders, Post Road Partners, individual investors Peter Wirth, Keith Meyers, Paul Friday & Lou DeRose, Alpine Meridian Ventures, Stormbreaker Ventures, Joe Proto, CEO of Transactis, Finexio senior management, and several leading Fintech and payments industry CEOs.
