Silicon Legal represented Floodgate as they joined Around’s $10MM Series A financing.

Around is video collaboration reimagined for the new remote-first era, with proprietary technology perfect for 1:1s, team syncs and on-the-fly sessions. The round was led by Wing Venture Capital, Forerunner Ventures and Slack Fund with participation from Initialized Capital, Credo, Floodgate and angel investor Naval Ravikant.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Sarah Boulden, Ian Peck, Meghan Fitzpatrick, Natasha Arora and Tommy Szalasny.
