Silicon Legal represented Floodgate as they joined Fieldguide’s $17MM Series A round.

Fieldguide is an enterprise software company building automation and collaboration software for assurance and advisory firms.

The round was led by 8VC, and included investments from, in addition to Floodgate, the American Institute of CPAs, CPA.com and others.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Sarah Boulden, Meghan Fitzpatrick, Ian Peck, Tommy Szalasny, and Vishal Ganesan.
