Silicon Legal represented Floodgate as they joined Leaf Logistics’ $37MM Series B round.

The Leaf Logistics platform connects shippers, providers, and partners to deliver the future transportation market. The Leaf platform allows all participants to gain network efficiencies and unlock a forward view of tomorrow’s transportation market.

The round was led by Sozo Ventures, and included investments from, in addition to Floodgate, Madrona Venture Group, Playground Global, Schematic Ventures, Supply Chain Ventures, Flexport, and the Intercontinental Exchange.
